Bakshi Asuman is a Public Health Practitioner and a Master Trainer in Evidence & Right based SRHR and HIV prevention Intervention for youth Behavior change, characteristics of effective interventions, measure effects on outcome level, stigma and discrimination and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for youth. Bakshi has experience in research and evaluation, project development and management, coordination of teams and networks, advocacy, and program implementation. He has been at the forefront of Meaningful Youth Participation, Youth-Adult partnerships, Gender Transformative and Generational Sensitive Approaches and has worked with youth projects since 2007. The different projects focused on organization development, advocacy for sexual reproductive health and rights, evidence-based programming for access on information and services for youth and mentoring and working with young people. Bakshi has facilitated and co-facilitated development of different advocacy strategies and campaigns, behavior change messages, development, and delivery of training materials of over 10 years in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and Behavior Change Communication and organization development for youth led and youth serving organizations.
