Bakshi Asuman has worked with youth projects since 2007 that focused on mentoring and working with young people. I have had a vast experience in youth projects after implementing projects with School Net Uganda, Uganda Red Cross society up to a level of a Trainee of Trainees Peer Educator and Currently Chairperson Branch Youth Council Uganda Red Cross Society Jinja Branch Representing the youth at the Branch Governing Board and the National Youth Council. In 2010 we founded a youth led organization called Reach A Hand Uganda an organization bringing together people who want to contribute to Ugandan society by providing knowledge and skills to young people, and creating sustainable projects for emotional, physical, social and intellectual growth and development for youth in Uganda. Where I head the Programs and Coordination Department. I am a Football Fanatic but of local soccer and Publicity Officer of Proline Soccer Academy and Proline Football Club

He is a Master Trainer in Evidence & Right based SRHR and HIV prevention Intervention for youth Behavior change, characteristics of effective interventions, measure effects on outcome level, stigma and discrimination and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for young people are used and Meaningful Youth Participation.
